Technical Support - eOn provides technical support to authorized partners who employ technicians trained and certified by eOn. This service is available to those who have questions on system installation or operation, interfacing and compatibility between eOn equipment and other brands, or interpretation of technical documentation.
Training - eOn's training department offers a variety of courses that fulfill the specific needs of individuals throughout its partner network who install, maintain and support eOn products and systems, including government and military personnel.
Documentation Library - Authorized partners have access to eOn's password-secured web site where they can find the latest technical manuals, bulletins, user guides and software release notes. Access our Partner extranet by clicking here or on "Login" above.
Direct Customers
Our solution begins with project planning and administration - we work to ensure on-time delivery of the system designed to your specifications. We then begin the application development process, during which we learn about the specific requirements of your operation, allowing us to create a custom-tailored solution. Often during this step, we engage the eOn Professional Services Group.
The eOn Professional Services Group provides comprehensive services to our customers for planning, designing, implementing and optimizing highly effective communications environments. These services include development and integration of custom applications, assistance with rapid deployment of new technologies, system consulting, and project management services.
After your application development needs are satisfied, we work with you to prepare your facility for the installation. eOn develops and conducts customized training for your employees. Our technicians remain on-site for cutover and post cutover follow-up. But perhaps most importantly, we provide ongoing technical support and maintenance 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
